Animation graphic for corporate vide/presentation

I need you to bring my company logo to life by turning an image of a circle of hands into a spinning wheel. The wheel should spin (speeding up) for approximately 5 seconds and then some sort of laser with a small boom/explosion should emerge from a finger, pointing down (5 o clock if it was a clock). I'll then use this video in Canva and PowerPoint so after the 'explosion' a bullet-point of written copy should appear (which I will write). I will need 6 versions of the graphic so I have one for each different coloured hand. There should also be accompanying sound to the graphic so the wheel whirls with a sharp 'flash' sound when the laser/explosion happens. This is intended to add some energy to short videos/presentations that use 3-4 bullet points. The image attached is a very basic Chat GBT idea of what I'm looking for (except I'll want something that looks much better than this!)
