3D Animator / Generalist for YouTube Shorts (Remote, Pakistan Only)

About Us: We produce high-energy, fun 3D animated YouTube Shorts for some of the biggest kids' channels on the platform, think styles similar to LankyBox and Ninja Roblox. We're looking for a talented and hardworking 3D Artist/Generalist based in Pakistan to join us, either part-time or full-time, and become a core part of our production pipeline. What will you be doing? (i) You will be following the reference to produce YouTube Shorts (20–30 seconds each); this is the primary KPI. A short should not take more than 2 days. (ii) Working with existing rigs, assets, and environments (and occasionally building new ones). (iii) Rendering and doing basic compositing (if needed) to deliver finished shorts. (iv) Collaborating closely with the creative director (me) via Discord and video review tools. (v) Following feedback quickly and iterating on shots when needed (vi) Helping build and maintain a reusable asset library to speed up production over time What We're Looking For Must-haves: (i) Minimum 1 year of experience in 3D animation (professional or freelance). (ii) Strong proficiency in Blender. (iii) A portfolio showing stylized/cartoon character animation; kids' content experience is a big plus. (iv) Ability to work fast without sacrificing quality: you understand that YouTube Shorts is a volume game. (v) Reliable internet connection and a capable workstation. Nice-to-haves: (i) Experience working on YouTube content (any niche). (ii) Basic compositing skills in After Effects. (iii) Familiarity with kids' channel aesthetics (bright colors, bouncy motion, exaggerated expressions).
