3D Animator Needed – Construction Process Animation (Glass Room Installation)

I'm looking for a skilled 3D animator to recreate and improve an existing rough-draft animation that demonstrates the installation process of a residential glass room/sunroom. The rough draft (attached) has already been approved by the client and will be provided as a visual reference. Your role will be to create a more polished, professional version while maintaining the approved sequence and overall flow. The animation will illustrate steps such as: Site and code review Concrete inspection Framing the structure Measuring window openings Electrical prewiring Insulation installation Window installation Final electrical connections Final inspection Project completion Requirements: Experience with architectural, construction, engineering, or technical process animations Ability to create clean, professional, realistic-looking 3D animation Strong communication and attention to detail Ability to match an existing storyboard/reference video When applying, please include: 2–3 examples of similar work Software used (Blender, 3ds Max, Cinema 4D, etc.) Estimated turnaround time Preference will be given to applicants with experience creating construction, assembly, installation, or architectural visualization animations.
