2D Animator Needed for YouTube Channel

We need a skilled 2D flat character animator to help us create engaging videos for our YouTube channel. The project involves producing videos that are 15 to 20 minutes long, focusing on character-driven animation to captivate our audience. Production script and voiceover file will be provided. Looking to establish a long term relationship to create 2 videos per month. The channel tells the stories behind major financial events — economic crises, corporate rise-and-fall narratives, business history. The tone is authoritative but accessible, with dry wit and genuine outrage at the right moments. We're looking for an animator who enjoys storytelling, not just motion graphics. The target visual style is similar to @Crayon_Capital on YouTube — bold, flat 2D character animation with expressive characters and a high-contrast color palette. Shortlisted candidates will be asked to complete a paid test scene of approximately 60–90 seconds before full production begins.
