3D Animator Required for a Patented powerless soil-based Vertical, The new generation vertical farm Project Overview I am looking for an experienced 3D animator to produce a professional animation explaining my patented irrigation system for Vertical farm. This is not a promotional influencer video or a generic educational animation. It is a technical presentation of a granted U.S. patented invention that has been designed, tested, and protected by intellectual property law. Important: This invention is not a wicking system and has nothing to do with wicking technology. The animation must not describe or represent the invention as a wick, wicking planter, or capillary wick irrigation system. The purpose of the animation is to explain the design, assembly, installation, operation, scalability, and long-term function of the invention while maintaining its technical accuracy. The final animation should be suitable for presentations to investors, manufacturers, nurseries, environmental organizations, government agencies, and potential commercial partners. Reference images, detailed image descriptions, and technical instructions are provided. Please review all materials carefully before submitting your proposal. Animation Duration The final animation should be no longer than two and a half minutes. The animator is encouraged to communicate the invention as clearly and efficiently as possible. If all of the essential engineering concepts can be presented effectively in a shorter duration, a shorter animation is preferred over unnecessary length. 3D Animation – Vertical Farm Following the success of my previous project, Desert Reforestation, I have started a new project called 3D Animation – Vertical Farm. I do not judge success based on personal opinion. I judge it by practical results. After publishing the animation across social media platforms, the audience response was excellent. One Facebook video, https://www.facebook.com/share/r/19Sej8WZGJ/?mibextid=wwXIfr in a single language, reached approximately 200,000 views, confirming that the animation connected well with viewers. One of the main reasons for its success is that it does not look like a typical AI-generated video. Today, many viewers immediately recognize fully AI-generated content and often scroll past it. The Desert Reforestation animation feels much closer to a traditional 3D animation, with AI used only to enhance the production quality. The AI supports the animation instead of controlling it. This is exactly the style I want for my future projects. For this reason, I would like the Vertical Farm animation to follow the same philosophy: a professional 3D animation enhanced by AI where appropriate, rather than an animation that obviously looks AI-generated. Although I was very satisfied with Muhammad Fahad’s work, I have decided to publish this project on Upwork instead of offering it directly to him. There are two reasons for this decision. First, I do not want to limit my options. There may be another animator whose style or skills are even better suited to this project. Second, I prefer to keep the Upwork project open. After completing the animation with one freelancer, I can publish the finished work on social media and evaluate its real-world performance. If the results meet or exceed my expectations, I may continue working with that freelancer. If not, I can hire another animator and begin again from scratch without creating a new project. This gives me the flexibility to compare different approaches until I achieve the highest possible quality and audience engagement. My goal is not simply to produce an animation. My goal is to create an animation that attracts attention, keeps viewers watching, and performs exceptionally well across social media platforms. Unlike the previous desert reforestation animation, this video will conclude with a few short real-life video clips and photographs of the actual prototypes. I will provide footage of the vertical farm for trees in Erbil city, and the indoor vertical farm for houseplants in London. These real examples will demonstrate the versatility of the system and show that the designs presented in the animation have been successfully built and tested in practice. About the Invention The invention is a passive self-watering irrigation system designed for vertical Farm for propagation, vegs mass production and for trees in open fields and greenhouses No electricity. No pumps. No batteries. No electronics. No Solar Panel Creative Freedom The supplied reference images explain the engineering design and operating sequence of the invention. The animator is encouraged to apply creativity in camera movement, lighting, rendering, transitions, scenery, atmosphere, animation style, and storytelling, while preserving the technical accuracy of the invention. Animation Sequence Phase 1 – Components Introduce each component individually. • Growing medium container. • Liquid movement device with a green plastic tube. • Wooden frame. • Three transparent transverse tubes (water reservoirs), each sealed at both ends with transparent lids and containing three openings on the top for the green tubes of the liquid movement devices. • Transparent transverse tubes secured to the wooden frame using clips and metal screws. Phase 2 – Assembly Show the complete assembly of the system. • Install the liquid movement device into the central opening of the growing medium container. • Fill the container with the growing medium (soil). • Show the transparent transverse tubes with the three upper openings. • Seal both ends of each tube with transparent lids. • Secure the transparent transverse tubes to the wooden frame using clips and metal screws. • Install one floating valve with a floating ball inside each transparent transverse tube. • Connect the water tower to each floating valve using one vertical supply tube and three transverse connecting tubes. • Insert the green tubes of the liquid movement devices through the openings in the transparent transverse tubes. • Plant the containers as follows: o Top row: three containers planted with nut seeds. o Middle row: three containers planted with rose cuttings. o Bottom row: three containers planted with tomato seedlings. • Once the system is operating, show water moving upward through the green tubes into the growing medium, supplying water directly to the plant roots. Phase 3 – Patent Recognition The animation should conclude by displaying: • The granted American Patent Certificate. • American Patent No. 12,433,210 B1. The final scene should clearly communicate that the invention is protected by a granted American patent. Audio The animation should not contain narration, speech, subtitles, or sound effects. Only light, unobtrusive background music should be included. Narration and sound effects will be added later by the project owner in multiple languages. Please include brief pauses between the main phases of the animation to facilitate future multilingual narration. Watermark The animation must contain multiple semi-transparent AGRIPATENT™ watermarks distributed throughout the video. The watermarks should remain visible throughout the animation to discourage unauthorized copying or redistribution. An unwatermarked version should not be produced or delivered. Project Files 23 reference images and 3 videos are supplied, including: • Individual components of the growing medium container and the liquid movement device. • Assembly of the growing medium container and the liquid movement device. • Individual components of the wooden frame, transparent transverse tubes, floating valves, lids, and clips. • Assembly of the wooden frame and transparent transverse tubes. • Installation of the complete system, including the water tower. • A separate document titled "Description of the Images and Sequence of the Video Footage", which explains every reference image and identifies any required corrections. Please study all reference images and the accompanying written instructions carefully before submitting your proposal. Fixed-Price Project This is a fixed-price project. Please do not submit an hourly rate. Review all supplied images and written instructions carefully before submitting your fixed-price quotation for the complete project. Please send me your fixed price before anything else. Please do not submit an artificially low quotation and later request a higher price. I will not hire freelancers who change their quoted fixed price after submitting their proposal. Payment Schedule The project will be completed in three stages. First Payment After we agree on the project scope and fixed price, approximately one-third of the total payment will be released so work can begin. Second Payment After you provide satisfactory preview images, sample renders, or a draft animation demonstrating that the project is progressing according to the agreed specifications, approximately one-third of the total payment will be released. Final Payment The remaining balance will be released after delivery and approval of the completed animation. Final Note This animation represents a granted American patented engineering invention. Technical accuracy is essential. At the same time, I encourage creativity in camera work, lighting, rendering, transitions, storytelling, and presentation, provided that the engineering design, operating principles, and overall concept remain faithful to the supplied reference images and written instructions. The reference images define the engineering concept. They should be used as the technical foundation while allowing professional creativity in presentation, camera work, lighting, rendering, and storytelling. Video Format The animation must be produced in a vertical 9:16 format optimized for: • YouTube Shorts • Instagram Reels • TikTok • Facebook Reels The animation should be designed specifically for vertical viewing rather than by cropping a horizontal video. Important elements, including the system, plants, and patent images, must remain clearly visible within the vertical frame throughout the animation. The final video should preferably be delivered in 4K vertical resolution (2160 × 3840 pixels). If 4K is not practical, 1080 × 1920 pixels is acceptable. Real Video Footage Please keep the original video and audio unchanged. I will initially provide all reference images as a single PDF document. Later, I will send each image individually in its original format.
