2D Animator -Reusable coloring fill in animation

Wanting to create a children's animation videos featuring simple line-art illustrations that "color themselves in" in sync with nursery rhyme music, followed by a light animation once the coloring completes (e.g., a colored animal wiggles, a sun bounces, a boat rocks). We need a reusable template SYSTEM, not just one-off videos, so we can scale production efficiently across many songs. What we need: 1. A master coloring-fill animation template (in After Effects or CapCut) where new line-art illustrations can be dropped in and the coloring effect applies automatically or with minimal manual work 2. 3-4 sample "end animation" loops (simple, toddler-friendly movement — bounce, wiggle, sway) that can be reused/recolored across different characters and scenes 3. Clear style guide: bright, simple, high-contrast color palette; thick, friendly line art (no scary/dark aesthetics); calm pacing suitable for toddlers 4.
