Summary

I need a 2D animator proficient in Clip Studio Paint Exo to help me clean-up frames (to appear less choppy) and possibly animate in-between frames for a 1-2 minute animated sequence in a short film. The sequence merges the styles of a childhood drawing and anime. Rate is negotiable.
