2D Animator for New YouTube Channel — Full-Time, USD 1,000/month, Long-Term

Hi! We're a small team behind several established YouTube channels, and we're launching a new animated channel in the ASMR / relaxation space (calm, cozy videos people use to sleep and unwind). We're looking for one or two 2D animators to build it with us from day one. This is not a "receive tasks, deliver files" role. You'd be the first person on the team, working directly with the founder: helping design the channel's original 2D character (anime-inspired, cute style), animating the loops and scenes that make up our long relaxing videos and Shorts, and giving your opinion on how the videos should look and where the channel goes. As the channel grows, you'd help bring in and lead more animators. What we're looking for Solid 2D character animation, with whatever tools you're comfortable with (Toon Boom, After Effects, Clip Studio, Blender Grease Pencil, Procreate, etc.) Available full-time or close to it, and interested in a stable, long-term project — not a one-off Motivated, with ideas of your own.
