We provide script + AI voiceover. You animate + add music/SFX and deliver finished video. 8 videos/month | 30 sec each | flexible schedule Month 1: $50/video × 8 + $50 consistency bonus Month 2+: fixed salary + $100 consistency bonus + $50 bonus per video surpassing 10M views Growth path to team lead. Requirements: - 3D animation portfolio/reel - Blender, Maya, or C4D - Basic sound design (music + SFX sync) - Reliable weekly delivery (2 videos/week) Remote, worldwide. Long-term position.
