Anime / K-Pop / Movie Edit Video Creator

We work with independent music artists and are looking for editors who already understand TikTok edit culture. Specifically, we're looking for creators who make: * Anime edits * K-pop edits * Movie and TV show edits * Character edits * Emotional and aesthetic edits * Sad edit compilations * Fan-culture content The goal is simple: Take an artist's song and turn it into short-form videos that feel native to TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. These are not traditional lyric videos. We're looking for content that naturally fits into anime, K-pop, movie, and edit communities — the kind of videos people stop scrolling for and ask, "What song is this?" Examples include: * Anime scene edits with emotional song drops * K-drama heartbreak moments synced to choruses * Movie scenes that match lyrics perfectly * Character edits built around a song’s emotion * Viral CapCut-style edits using the artist’s music * Trend-based edits that feel organic to edit culture WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING We provide: * The song * Lyrics * Artist context * Reference accounts and direction You create: * TikToks * Instagram Reels * YouTube Shorts using anime clips, movie clips, TV scenes, K-pop footage, memes, and trending edit formats. Your job is to make the song feel like it already belongs in that content. We are looking for editors with strong instincts for pacing, emotion, and cultural timing. WORK STRUCTURE We start with a paid trial: * 10 videos for $20 (test phase to evaluate fit and style) If successful, we move into ongoing work: Part-time: * Around 3 videos per day * Fixed monthly rate (based on consistency + quality) Full-time (for top performers): * $350/month starting rate * 5–7 videos per day * Dedicated role across multiple music campaigns This is a long-term, performance-based creative role — not a one-off gig. WHO WE’RE LOOKING FOR You should: * Be highly comfortable with CapCut * Understand TikTok edit culture deeply * Be familiar with anime, K-pop, movies, or fan-edit communities * Have strong instincts for viral pacing and emotional timing * Be able to generate multiple creative ideas from a single song * Understand what makes people stop scrolling Students and newer editors are welcome.
