Annual Report Design

***Please provide a fixed-price quote for the complete project. Hourly rate shown is indicative only.*** I'm looking for a designer or design agency to quote for the design of a large annual report publication. The project involves producing a professional, full-colour Annual Review & Outlook 2025–2026 document of approximately 325 A4 pages, including cover, charts, tables, infographics and supplied photography. Scope of work The scope of work includes: Full report design and layout in line with branding guidelines Creation of introductory and chapter-opening infographics, plus additional section divider graphics Formatting and styling of charts, graphs and tables Integration of supplied text, photos and graphic assets up to 5 rounds of proofing/corrections Preparation of print-ready artwork and digital PDFs Deliverables The designer will need to provide: Final full PDF publication Packaged Indesign Files Separate PDFs for each chapter Standalone infographic files for future web/social use (pdf & jpeg format) Timeline The project timeline is tight, so the successful supplier must be able to work to the following schedule: Content supplied progressively from 20 July 2026 Final PDF required by 4 September 2026 Printed copies delivered by 11 September 2026 Please include in your quote Fixed Price Fee Examples of similar annual reports or government/corporate publications you have produced. If you have designed large reports such as this that will help you a lot in securing this job. This is a substantial publication project, so experience with long-form reports, data-heavy layouts and print production is important.
