Anonymous Multi-Domain Hosting Setup for Landing Pages (Infrastructure Only)

READ CAREFULLY! Project Overview: I already have my landing pages built. I do not need design or page development. I need someone to build and configure the hosting infrastructure to deploy and serve 100–1000 existing landers across many domains, anonymously, and manage it all from one interface. Requirements: Anonymous hosting — All domains registered and hosted anonymously (no personal/company data exposed via WHOIS or anywhere publicly). Subfolder path structure — Landers are not served on the main domain root, but under a path, e.g. domain.com/lander/. One-time view per user — Each lander can only be opened once per user. Repeat visits should be blocked/redirected (cookie/JS-based logic or similar). Management interface — A simple dashboard to upload existing lander files, assign them to domains/paths, and deploy or remove them — no manual server work per lander. Multi-account infrastructure — Must support and integrate: Multiple registrar accounts (Namecheap / Njalla / Dynadot) Multiple Cloudflare accounts Multiple hosting accounts Deliverables: Working hosting setup across the multi-account infrastructure Upload/deploy interface for my existing landers Documentation for adding new domains, accounts, and landers Explanation of how the one-time-view logic works Skills required: Server administration / DevOps DNS & Cloudflare management (multi-account) Registrar APIs (Namecheap / Njalla / Dynadot) Backend/frontend for the deployment interface Experience with scalable multi-domain deployments Note: Landing pages are provided by me as ready-to-upload files.
