**Summary** Hello - I’m looking for high-quality, reliable, and responsive video editors who can help us create short-form content for a variety of businesses and personal brands. The ideal candidate will have experience editing engaging content for platforms such as Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn. Training and feedback will be provided. 🔔 **Responsibilities:** ✅ Edit short-form videos from supplied footage and assets ✅ Add captions, graphics, transitions, B-roll, and other elements where appropriate ✅ Follow client brand guidelines and editing styles ✅ Deliver revisions based on internal and client feedback ✅ Communicate with our team via Slack ✅ Improve edits over time based on performance data and feedback 🔔 **Requirements:** ✅ Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing ✅ Be able to communicate at a professional English level ✅ Work for yourself and not as part of a company or agency ✅ Comfortable using CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar editing software ✅ Reliable with deadlines and communication ✅ Coachable and willing to learn and improve ✅ Creative and able to think of solutions independently 🔔 **Compensation:** 💰 Compensation is paid per reel/project. 💰 **Our minimum rate is $15 USD per completed 60-second reel.
