Summary

We are hiring a motivated and experienced Appointment Setter / Sales Dialer to help qualify leads and book calls for our e-commerce coaching program at Create Your Brands. Our program helps people launch and scale Shopify e-commerce brands using modern AI tools, paid ads, suppliers, and proven systems. This is NOT cold calling random businesses. You’ll primarily be speaking with warm leads who have shown interest through ads, webinars, social media, or opt-ins. What You’ll Do Call, text, and follow up with leads Qualify prospects interested in starting an e-commerce brand Book appointments for strategy calls/webinars Handle objections and keep leads engaged Follow scripts while sounding natural and confident Update CRM and track lead progress Help improve conversion rates and show-up rates Ideal Candidate Strong English communication skills Experience in appointment setting, sales, or high-ticket coaching offers Confident on phone calls and follow-ups Organized and reliable Understands online business/e-commerce basics Experience with Shopify, digital marketing, or coaching offers is a huge plus Hungry, competitive, and results-driven Compensation Base pay + commissions/bonuses available Performance incentives for booked calls and closed sales Long-term opportunity for the right person About Us Create Your Brands helps aspiring entrepreneurs build profitable Shopify and e-commerce brands through coaching, systems, AI-powered tools, and marketing strategies.
