What you'll do: Configure our Apollo.io account from the ground up — settings, users, permissions Build saved searches and lead lists around our ideal-client profiles (agencies, brands, public agencies, sponsorship targets) Set up email sequences/cadences and connect our email, calendar, and CRM Handle deliverability essentials (domain authentication, sender warmup) so we don't land in spam Create simple dashboards so we can track what's working Document the setup and give our team a short walkthrough so we can run it ourselves You're a fit if you: Have set up Apollo.io (or comparable sales-engagement tools) before and can show it Know your way around prospecting, data enrichment, and outbound best practices Can work independently and hand off something clean and usable
