Apollo.io Outbound Sequence Setup — Quick Task

I’m an independent children’s book publisher launching a national outbound sales campaign targeting corporate CSR/DEI contacts. Everything is built — I just need help getting it connected and running. What’s already done: • Apollo.io account set up with connected mailbox • 3-email outbound sequence written and templated • List of ~3,000 CSR/DEI contacts ready • Sending schedule configured What I need: • Connect the contact list to the sequence correctly • Confirm the automated send is properly activated • Verify mailbox is linked and emails will go out on schedule • Quick walkthrough so I understand the process going forward Requirements: • Demonstrated Apollo.io experience (please share examples or screenshots) • Create a Loom walkthrough if possible • Can complete within 24–48 hours
