AI App Developer / Ecosystem Builder Needed (iOS + Android) We are building a fast-scaling ecosystem of simple, highly addictive wellness, focus, habit, and behavioural improvement apps under one connected brand ecosystem called NOT. This is NOT a normal app development role. We already have: - A flagship platform - Existing infrastructure - Branding - AWS ecosystem - Apple & Google developer accounts - Core backend systems - A lead developer overseeing the ecosystem architecture What we now need is an AI-native app developer who knows how to move FAST. ## The Role We are looking for a developer who can: - Take an existing app concept or reference app - Use AI tools like Claude, Cursor, GPT, etc. - Rapidly recreate and rebuild similar functionality - Apply our branding, UX style, colours, and systems - Modify and improve the product enough to make it unique - Connect apps into our wider NOT ecosystem The strategy is simple: We are NOT trying to reinvent the wheel every time. We want to rapidly build focused micro-apps that solve one clear problem extremely well. Think: - Focus apps - Sleep apps - Sobriety trackers - Doomscroll blockers - Habit trackers - Wellness tools - Breathwork apps - Productivity timers We already know what works in the market. The goal is speed, execution, iteration, and ecosystem growth. ## Important We are NOT looking for someone who: - Over-engineers everything - Wants 12 months to build simple products - Builds from scratch unnecessarily - Is anti-AI We ARE looking for someone who: - Understands modern AI-assisted development - Can prototype and ship extremely quickly - Knows how to leverage existing app structures and workflows - Understands mobile UX/UI - Can work independently - Can connect systems into AWS/backends/APIs - Understands subscriptions, notifications, analytics, auth, and app deployment ## Tech Stack / Environment You should be comfortable with: - iOS + Android deployment - AWS - Stripe - SendGrid - Push notifications - Authentication systems - Subscription models - API integrations - AI-assisted coding workflows ## Budget & Build Philosophy Most apps in this ecosystem are intentionally lightweight and focused.
