App Testers needed for AI SaaS web app platform

Looking for reliable app users to help us validate the MVP of MATRY, an early-stage AI SaaS preparing for launch. We will start with the first week, if all goes well, this can become a long term collaboration. THE WORK You will act as a real user inside our web app, test the product end-to-end, and give us structured written feedback we can act on. Time commitment: 1 hour per week, split into 2 sessions of 30 minutes each. All feedback or bug reports will go through our shared Notion page. PAYMENT $20 for 4 weeks, or, $5 per hour, paid via Upwork milestones. Each milestone covers one full week (2 × 30-minute sessions). WHAT YOU WILL DO For each 30-minute session: - Use the product as if it's your own freelancer business context - Note bugs, broken flows, confusing copy, unclear UX - Submit structured feedback per each session - Add written notes in our shared Notion page using our template YOU ARE A GOOD FIT IF - You can write clearly in English - You're observant and detail-oriented - You can explain a bug in short sentences with a screenshot - You're reliable on a weekly schedule Nice to have but not required: - Prior QA or SaaS testing experience HOW TO APPLY In your proposal, please include: 1. One sentence about your testing experience (or related experience) 2. Your weekly availability 3. One short example of how you would describe a bug you found in any product (real or made up, we want to see how you write) **This is a 4-week paid pilot, the first week is a test if we work well together, and t it can become much longer if you are a good fit. Strong testers may be invited to continue beyond that.
