App and Desktop Platform Developer

Project Background My company currently uses 3D Inspection Software as our primary inspection platform. While it works well for creating inspection reports, I believe there is an opportunity to build a next-generation inspection platform that leverages AI to dramatically improve inspector efficiency, report quality, and the overall customer experience. I've also evaluated platforms such as: Spectora Inspector Toolbelt Inspector Data HomeGauge Horizon ISN (Inspection Support Network) I'm not looking to clone any one platform, but rather combine the best features from each while creating something significantly more intelligent through AI automation. Vision The goal is to build an all-in-one inspection platform that becomes the operating system for a home inspection company. The software should help inspectors complete reports faster, reduce repetitive writing, improve consistency, manage clients, and eventually assist with business operations using AI.
