Apparel Brand Designer Needed for Premium Billiards Lifestyle Launch Collection

We are launching an apparel brand called Free Wheeling Billiards Co. and are looking for an experienced apparel/merchandise designer to help create our first launch collection. This is not a request for random novelty pool shirts. We are building a premium billiards lifestyle brand for people in billiards culture, tournament players, league players, pool hall regulars, and people who love the game, the table culture, and the confidence of showing up with style. We already have a completed logo package, including a full logo and FW monogram. We also have apparel/sample vendors selected and are currently waiting on final pricing and an invoice so samples can be ordered ASAP. We want to begin the design process now so we can move quickly once samples and vendor specifications are confirmed. Our primary launch tagline is: “From The Table To The Streets” This tagline is important to our brand and should be incorporated into the launch collection in a strong, wearable way. We need 4 original T-shirt designs for our first launch collection. The designs should feel cohesive, premium, bold, classic, sleek, recognizable, and professional. We want to avoid cheap-looking graphics, tacky novelty pool shirts, generic 8-ball clipart, cartoon pool graphics, trashy designs, overly aggressive designs, and anything that looks like a local bar league fundraiser shirt. If someone sees the shirt from 20 feet away, we want them to think this is a recognizable, sleek, premium billiards lifestyle brand. For each T-shirt design, we need: * Original design concept * Front placement recommendation * Back placement recommendation * Sleeve placement recommendation, if applicable * T-shirt mockup * Short explanation of the design direction * Production-ready artwork files * Editable source files Required final files: * Adobe Illustrator source files (.AI) * EPS vector files * SVG vector files * Print-ready PDF files * Transparent PNG files * JPG mockup/preview files * PSD mockup files, if applicable * Font names used, or fonts converted to outlines * Color specs including HEX, RGB, CMYK, and Pantone if applicable * Placement/spec sheet showing recommended print size and location for each design All final artwork must be original, commercially usable, and fully owned by us after payment. No stolen artwork, copyrighted graphics, unlicensed fonts, reused clipart, or generic template designs. We may also need optional add-on work after the 4-shirt launch collection, including: * Hat design concept using the FW monogram * Hang tag design * Printed neck label design * Woven label layout * Size/care label layout * Sticker design * Thank-you card design * Packaging direction * Social media launch graphics * Website hero/banner graphics Please review the attached project brief for the full scope and brand direction.
