Apparel Graphic Designer — Print-Ready Merch Collection for a Premium E-Scooter Brand
Worldwide
We're looking for an apparel/merch graphic designer to create a collection of standalone graphics that we'll apply to hoodies, tees, and more for our rider community. About Apollo Apollo is a premium direct-to-consumer electric scooter brand based in Montreal. We design and build high-performance scooters and have a fiercely loyal global riding community. Think Apple/Porsche-level product obsession — with a rider culture that's equal parts performance nerd and everyday commuter. This collection is exclusively for our VIP riders through Apollo Amplified, our loyalty program. Riders will be able to redeem and purchase the apparel as part of the program. The Project We need a designer to create a collection of print-ready graphic designs — the artwork only, not the apparel itself. We'll take your finished graphics and drop them onto garments (hoodies, t-shirts, etc.) through Printful, our print-on-demand partner. You design the graphics; we handle garment selection, mockups, and store setup. The vibe: insider rider culture. Witty, confident, a little irreverent — but always premium. These are designs people wear because they're in on the joke and proud of the brand. A lot of these will be type-driven, so strong typography and lockup skills matter. Creative Starting Points These taglines are here to set the tone — a direction to riff on, not a fixed checklist: Built for the Long Way Home. Battery Over Therapy. Range Anxiety Builds Character. Engineered for Obsession. Overbuilt. On Purpose. Dual Motor Appreciation Society. This Meeting Could've Been a Ride. Sorry, Can't. I'm Riding. My Scooter Has Trust Issues. Most Important Requirement: Print-Ready Files Every design must be delivered production-ready for print-on-demand. This is non-negotiable: Vector source files (AI / SVG / EPS) wherever possible High-res PNG exports — 300 DPI, transparent background Sized correctly for standard apparel print areas Designed to work on both light and dark garments (or delivered as variants) Clean, well-organized, clearly named files Deliverables [X] finished, print-ready graphic designs Editable source files + export-ready PNGs for each Light/dark variants where needed What We'll Provide Full Apollo brand identity (logos, fonts, colors, guidelines) after kickoff The finalized tagline / concept list Clear feedback during agreed revision rounds You're a Great Fit If You Specialize in apparel/merch design — not just general graphic design Have print-on-demand / Printful experience Have strong typographic and lockup skills Can balance premium brand polish with playful, culture-driven humor
