Apparel & Merch Designer — Brand System for Wellness Café Franchise (Revitasize)

Revitasize is a wellness café and juice bar brand with multiple corporate locations and franchisees across Ontario, Canada. We currently have a basic logo and a few apparel pieces, but we've been applying it inconsistently, essentially just dropping the logo onto blanks without a real strategy behind it. We're looking for an experienced apparel/merch designer (ideally with brand systems experience, not just someone who places logos on shirts) to help us build out a cohesive apparel line and the brand guidelines to support it going forward. What we need: A short brand style exploration for apparel specifically: how our colors, typography, and logo lockups should translate across different garment types and printing/embroidery methods Design concepts for a full line: hats (embroidered), t-shirts, hoodies, and staff aprons Multiple logo lockup variations (wordmark, icon-only, combination mark) sized appropriately for different applications (small embroidery vs. large screen print) Guidance on placement, scale, and color usage per garment type (e.g., what works embroidered on a hat vs. printed on a hoodie) Print-ready files for the final approved designs (vector formats, separated by color/method) A lightweight style guide we can hand to print vendors and franchisees so future apparel stays consistent What this is not: We're not looking for someone to just slap our existing logo onto a product mockup. We want a designer who thinks about brand consistency, garment-appropriate application, and can advise us on what we're missing. Revitasize is positioned as a premium, health-forward café brand, think clean, modern, approachable wellness rather than clinical or corporate. We'll share our existing logo files, brand colors, and a couple of current product examples once we're underway.
