Apparel Sourcing & Product Development Specialist – Premium Men’s Shirts

I’m launching a premium men’s apparel brand and looking for an experienced apparel sourcing/product development specialist to help find the right manufacturer. The initial products will be high-quality men’s button-down shirts in **premium cotton, linen/cotton blends, and 100% linen**. I prefer manufacturers that already produce excellent men’s shirts that we can **private label and modify with hidden magnetic closures**, rather than developing a shirt completely from scratch. I need help with: * Finding and vetting high-quality manufacturers * Identifying existing premium shirt styles and fabrics * Evaluating fabric quality, construction, fit, and finishing * Negotiating startup-friendly MOQs and pricing * Coordinating samples and modifications * Selecting the best factory for long-term production **Experience sourcing premium menswear/woven shirts is strongly preferred. Existing factory relationships are a major plus. Experience with apparel dropshipping or manufacturers that can fulfill individual customer orders is also a plus.**
