Application Developer for m3u and API Integration

Project Description: I am looking for an experienced developer to build an application that can automatically record sports matches from IPTV streams. Requirements: Ability to add and manage M3U playlist links. Ability to configure Ubuntu server details where recordings will be stored and processed. Integration with a sports API to retrieve match schedules, leagues, and tournament information. Select specific matches, teams, leagues, or championships to record. Automatically detect match start and end times. Start recording automatically when the match begins. Stop recording automatically when the match finishes. Record only the actual match content and avoid recording advertisements, pre-match shows, halftime ads, and other non-match content as much as possible. User-friendly interface for managing recordings and schedules. Stable and reliable operation on Ubuntu server.
