Appointment Setter (Base Hourly + Bonus per Qualified Lead) – Digital Marketing Agency (US Market)

We are a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with US-based businesses. We are looking for an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our remote team. This is a performance-driven outbound role where you will be responsible for building and managing a full prospecting and outreach pipeline using a proven system that includes cold outreach, audit-style analysis, and follow-up sequences. Your main goal is to generate qualified leads and book appointments for our sales closer. Responsibilities: - Building targeted prospect lists of US businesses (by niche and location) - Identifying decision makers (owners) - Finding and verifying contact information (email, phone where available) - Running cold outreach via email and phone - Following up consistently with prospects - Managing outreach sequences including audit-style emails and case study follow-ups - Qualifying leads based on basic criteria - Booking appointments into the sales closer’s calendar - Handling no-show follow-ups and re-engagement Requirements: - Strong English communication skills (written and spoken) - Experience in outbound sales, SDR, or appointment setting roles - Ability to independently research and build prospect lists - Comfortable working US time zones - Strong organization, consistency, and follow-up discipline - Experience with CRM (GoHighLevel) -Self-motivated and able to take ownership of pipeline results Compensation: - Base hourly rate: $4 – $6 / hour - Bonus per qualified lead (engaged and meeting criteria) - Bonus per showed appointment - High performance = strong uncapped earning potential About the Role: This is not a simple appointment booking job. You will be responsible for driving the full outbound pipeline from prospecting to warm lead generation. We use a structured system that includes outreach, audit-style value emails, and case study follow-ups to warm up prospects before they speak to our closer. We are looking for long-term team members who want to grow with a fast-scaling agency and take ownership of results.
