Appointment Setter / Closer Needed for Career Services Brand I’m looking for an appointment setter and potential closer to help book qualified calls for my Done For You Job Search service. My company, helps experienced professionals with remote job search strategy, resume positioning, cover letters, targeted job searching, applications, tracking, and interview prep support. This role is best for someone who is confident with warm outreach, lead generation, qualifying prospects, follow-up, and booking consultations. What You’ll Be Doing You will help identify and connect with potential clients who may be a strong fit for our Done For You service. Responsibilities include: Finding potential leads through LinkedIn, social media, communities, and other approved sources Starting warm, professional conversations Asking basic qualifying questions Explaining the service clearly and accurately Booking qualified prospects for consultation calls Following up with interested prospects Tracking conversations, booked calls, show rates, and closed clients Potentially helping close clients once you understand the offer and process About the Offer The Done For You Job Search service is for experienced professionals, especially mid-level to senior-level job seekers, who are exhausted with applying on their own and want hands-on support. The service starts at $999. We do not guarantee jobs or interviews because hiring decisions are made by employers. However, if the full application package is completed and the client does not receive an interview request or assessment, we offer up to 50 additional aligned applications at no extra cost. Transparency and ethical selling are very important. I do not want anyone pressured, misled, or promised unrealistic results. Ideal Candidate You should have experience with: Appointment setting Lead generation Cold or warm outreach Prospect qualification DM or email outreach Follow-up Sales conversations Booking calls for paid services Experience with coaching, consulting, recruiting, staffing, resume services, career services, or high-ticket service offers is a plus. You should also be comfortable explaining pricing, handling objections, and qualifying prospects before booking. Qualified Appointment Criteria A qualified appointment means the prospect: Has relevant professional experience Is actively job searching Is interested in remote or higher-paying roles Understands the service starts at $999 Understands we do not guarantee jobs or interviews Is open to aligned roles, not only one exact title Shows up to the scheduled consultation The goal is not just booked calls. The goal is serious, qualified prospects who understand the offer and are open to hands-on support. Compensation This will start as a trial structure. Pay is: $5 per qualified completed appointment for the first 5 qualified appointments $25 per qualified completed appointment after the first 5 10% commission on any closed Done For You client Since the service starts at $999, commission is typically around $100 per closed client. The appointment must meet the qualification criteria and the prospect must show up to the call in order to count as a qualified completed appointment.
