Appointment Setter — Commercial Cleaning (Remote, Eastern Time)

Meridian Contract Cleaning is a fast-growing managed commercial cleaning company expanding across the US market. We provide fixed-fee cleaning contracts to gyms, medical and dental practices, and auto dealerships, and we are building a high-performance outbound team to support our growth. We are looking for 4 motivated, articulate appointment setters to join our remote team. The role is to call business owners, introduce Meridian, and book qualified 30-minute sales consultations onto our calendar. You will not be closing deals, only starting the conversation and handing it off to our closing team. This is a volume-based role involving a high number of outbound calls each day to warm, pre-researched business leads across Florida and other regions. If you are comfortable on the phone, resilient, and motivated by results, this role will suit you. You will be making outbound cold calls to gym owners, medical, dental, and veterinary practice owners, and auto dealership managers across the US, introducing Meridian Contract Cleaning and qualifying decision makers, booking qualified 30-minute consultations onto the sales calendar, following up on warm leads via phone and SMS, logging all call activity and outcomes accurately in the CRM, and hitting daily and weekly booking targets. We are looking for someone with a confident, clear phone manner who is comfortable calling strangers and handling objections without getting flustered. Previous outbound cold calling or appointment setting experience is preferred, particularly in home services, B2B, or commercial services, but not strictly required. You must be self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment, comfortable with high call volumes and a structured daily routine, and have a reliable internet connection with a quiet working environment. Availability is Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm Eastern Time, and this is a hard requirement with no flexibility. The role offers $20 per hour base pay plus a performance bonus for every qualified appointment that shows on the calendar. It is fully remote, allowing you to work from anywhere as long as you are available during Eastern Time hours. The schedule is consistent Monday to Friday with no evenings or weekends. Full scripts, training, and ongoing support are provided so you are not expected to start without guidance.
