Appointment Setter + Consultative Closer

We are Medspa Growth Agency, a digital marketing agency helping medspas grow through patient reactivation, Google reviews, referrals, AI-assisted follow-up, and paid advertising. We are looking for an appointment setter and consultative closer who can speak professionally with medspa owners, understand their business needs, run a proper discovery conversation, and recommend the right solution based on what the client actually needs. This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses for strong results. What You’ll Do You will help turn qualified medspa leads into booked strategy sessions and closed clients. Responsibilities include: Reach out to medspa owners, managers, and decision-makers Follow up with warm leads through calls, SMS, email, and social messages Book qualified strategy sessions Conduct or assist with sales calls Run discovery calls to understand the prospect’s current situation Identify pain points around patient flow, reviews, referrals, follow-up, reactivation, and paid ads Recommend the best-fit solution based on the client’s needs Avoid pushy or aggressive sales tactics Update CRM notes, pipeline stages, and follow-up tasks Follow up until the prospect books, closes, or is disqualified What We Sell Our services help medspas: Reactivate past patients and warm leads Generate more authentic Google reviews Build referral systems Improve follow-up speed Convert more inquiries into booked appointments Scale with paid ads once the backend is ready What We’re Looking For You must be able to: Speak fluent English clearly and professionally Be available during U.S. business hours Understand discovery-based selling Ask good questions before presenting a solution Listen carefully and identify the real business problem Explain digital marketing services in simple terms Build trust with business owners Handle objections without being pushy Stay organized inside a CRM Follow up consistently Required Experience You should have experience with at least one of the following: Appointment setting Consultative sales High-ticket sales Digital marketing sales Agency sales Medspa, aesthetic clinic, wellness, dental, beauty, or healthcare marketing B2B outbound sales CRM pipeline management Strong preference if you understand: Medspas, aesthetic clinics, Botox bars, or injectable clinics Lead generation Patient reactivation Google reviews and reputation management Paid ads and appointment funnels GoHighLevel or similar CRM tools Compensation This is a commission-based role with performance bonuses. Compensation may include: Commission per closed client Bonus for qualified booked appointments that show Higher commission for deals you both set and close Performance bonuses based on monthly closed revenue or booked qualified calls Exact commission structure will be discussed with qualified applicants. We want someone who can diagnose before prescribing. The right person should be able to understand the client’s current situation, ask smart discovery questions, and recommend the best solution instead of forcing a one-size-fits-all pitch. If you are good, this can grow into a long-term role as we scale. Have you sold digital marketing, lead generation, or agency services before?
