About Us We are a growing home improvement and construction company serving homeowners throughout New Jersey. We specialize in siding, roofing, windows, doors, gutters, decks, and exterior remodeling. We are looking for a reliable and professional Appointment Setter / Customer Service Representative to answer incoming calls, qualify leads, and schedule appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities * Answer incoming phone calls from homeowners. * Respond to missed calls and voicemails promptly. * Schedule appointments for sales representatives. * Qualify leads by asking basic project related questions. * Enter customer information accurately into our CRM. * Follow up with leads who have not yet scheduled appointments. * Confirm upcoming appointments. * Maintain professional and friendly communication at all times. Requirements * Excellent spoken and written English. * Previous experience in customer service, appointment setting, call center, or sales support. * Comfortable speaking with homeowners over the phone. * Strong communication and organizational skills. * Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment. * Ability to multitask while speaking with customers. * Experience using CRMs, Google Workspace, or scheduling software is a plus. * Construction, home improvement, roofing, or remodeling industry experience is a plus. Preferred Qualifications * Experience booking appointments for roofing, siding, windows, solar, HVAC, or home services companies. * Familiarity with handling inbound leads. * Ability to follow scripts while sounding natural and conversational. Performance Expectations * Answer calls promptly during assigned hours. * Maintain a high appointment booking rate. * Accurately collect customer information. * Provide excellent customer service and represent our company professionally.
