Appointment Setter- Ecommerce

We’re looking for an experienced Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to businesses from our existing lists, introduce our services, qualify prospects, and book appointments for our consultants. *Responsibilities* Cold calling and outbound prospecting, introducing MerXpert’s e-commerce solutions, qualifying leads, following up with prospects, booking appointments, maintaining records, and building relationships with potential clients. *Requirements* Previous appointment-setting or cold-calling experience, strong spoken English, excellent communication and persuasion skills, reliable internet and computer, and a quiet workspace. Experience with Dialers, e-commerce, or marketplaces is a plus. Scripts, training, and all required tools will be provided. The position will initially be 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to grow to 40 hours per week over the coming months.
