Sales Appointment Setter for IG/FB Leads – English & Greek

We are looking for an experienced Appointment Setter / DM Closer to help manage warm Instagram / Facebook conversations and turn qualified leads into booked calls or program enrollments. This is not cold outreach. Leads will already be following the brand or messaging us about topics such as panic attacks, anxiety, agoraphobia, fear of flying, or related anxiety challenges. The role is commission-based, with payment linked to booked calls and closed sales. Full details will be discussed during the interview. Responsibilities Your role will include: * Replying to Instagram DMs daily * Following our scripts and guidelines while keeping conversations natural and human * Understanding what each person is struggling with * Qualifying leads using simple criteria * Booking calls with suitable prospects * Guiding qualified leads toward the right offer * Tracking conversations, follow-ups, and outcomes * Maintaining a calm, supportive, and professional tone Requirements We are looking for someone who: * Has experience in sales, appointment setting, or DM closing * Can write clearly in both English and Greek * Is comfortable speaking with people about anxiety, panic attacks, and related emotional topics * Is empathetic, reliable, and organized * Can follow a process without sounding scripted or robotic * Understands how to sell in a respectful, non-pushy way * Can manage follow-ups consistently You do not need to be a therapist or coach. You will not be giving clinical advice. Your job is to listen, understand the person’s situation, guide the conversation, and help the right people take the next step.
