Who We Are Pre-IPO Hype is a digital-first marketing agency that helps startups raise millions through equity crowdfunding (Reg CF & Reg A+). We've worked on 170+ equity deals, managed 300+ Kickstarters, and built a 700,000-investor database with a full automated outreach pipeline. We move fast, we win, and we're scaling. The Role We need a closer-minded appointment setter to book qualified discovery calls with startup founders who are actively raising capital. You'll be working warm and cold leads sourced from SEC filings, LinkedIn, email campaigns, and our CRM. Your one job: get qualified founders on Fuzzy's calendar. What You'll Do Reach out to startup founders via email, LinkedIn DMs, and follow-up sequences Qualify prospects using a simple script (we provide it) Book calls directly into our calendar system Track outreach activity and booked calls in our CRM daily Follow up relentlessly โ most deals close on the 4thโ7th touch You're the Right Fit If You: Have experience setting appointments in B2B, financial services, or agency sales Are fluent in English (written and spoken โ no exceptions) Can write like a human, not a bot Are comfortable reaching out to founders and CEOs Hit deadlines and track your own numbers without babysitting Bonus: familiarity with equity crowdfunding, startups, or investor relations Tools We Use AIOP (our outreach platform) GoHighLevel or similar CRM LinkedIn Sales Navigator Google Workspace KPIs We'll Track You On Outreach volume per day Show rate on booked calls Qualified calls booked per week (target: 5โ10+) To Apply, Answer These 3 Questions: Describe a campaign where you booked appointments via outbound outreach. What was your show rate? What's your follow-up strategy when a prospect goes cold after showing initial interest? What's your availability and timezone? If you don't, it's a short engagement. We're not looking for someone to "try it out" โ we need a producer.
