Appointment Setter (Home Improvement) | Full-Time | Phone + CRM + Pipeline Management

HOURS: 9AM - 7PM EST Friday - Sunday (every week) We're looking for a reliable, organized, and confident Appointment Setter to join our growing home improvement marketing agency. You'll be responsible for calling inbound leads, setting appointments for our clients, managing pipelines, communicating with our team, and ensuring every lead receives proper follow-up. This is a full-time position with long-term growth opportunities. Responsibilities Call new leads immediately after they're received Make daily follow-up calls to existing leads Schedule qualified appointments for our remodeling clients Leave detailed dispositions after every call Update the CRM accurately after every interaction Manage client pipelines to ensure no lead is forgotten Communicate with our team through Slack throughout the day Respond quickly to client and team requests Follow up with no-shows and reschedule appointments Maintain organized notes and appointment calendars Identify opportunities to improve follow-up processes Requirements Excellent spoken and written English Friendly, confident phone presence Previous appointment setting or inside sales experience Comfortable making outbound calls all day Strong organizational skills Experience with CRMs (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.) Reliable internet and quiet work environment Detail-oriented Able to multitask without missing follow-ups Schedule Monday–Friday 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time Full-time availability required Bonus Experience Home Improvement Bathroom Remodeling Roofing HVAC Windows & Doors Solar Real Estate Home Services Success in This Role Means Fast response times to new leads High appointment booking rate Consistent daily follow-up Accurate CRM updates Zero leads falling through the cracks Excellent communication with our team To Apply Please answer the following: Tell us about your appointment setting experience.
