Appointment Setter / Inside Sales Representative (Remote) Synergy Structures is a rapidly growing U.S. manufacturer of premium modular homes, storage buildings, and mobile office buildings. We generate a high volume of inbound Facebook and digital marketing leads every day from customers actively requesting information about our products. We are seeking experienced, professional appointment setters to contact these leads immediately after they inquire, qualify their needs, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments with our sales team. This is NOT cold calling. Every person you contact has already expressed interest in one of our products. What You'll Do - Contact new inbound leads within minutes of their inquiry - Call prospects using our GHL CRM system - Build rapport quickly and professionally - Ask qualifying questions - Determine customer needs and buying timeframe - Schedule qualified appointments for our sales consultants - Accurately document every interaction in our CRM - Follow established follow-up sequences until contact is made - Help improve overall lead response times and conversion rates Products You'll Represent - Modular Homes - Park Model Homes - Storage Buildings - Mobile Office Buildings You will receive training on our products, pricing, and sales process. Requirements We are only interested in top performers. Applicants must possess: - Exceptional spoken and written English - A neutral or American-sounding accent - Outstanding communication and people skills - Previous appointment setting or inside sales experience - Experience calling warm inbound leads - High-speed internet - Quiet professional home office - Quality headset and reliable computer - Ability to work U.S. business hours - Excellent organizational skills Comfortable using CRM systems (GoHighLevel experience is a plus) Compensation We are open to several compensation structures, including: Hourly Hourly + bonuses Per qualified appointment Performance-based incentives Tell us what has worked best for you.
