Appointment Setter / Investor Relations Associate (cold caller)

We are looking for a professional and reliable Appointment Setter / Investor Relations Associate to help qualify prospective investors and schedule calls for future real estate investment opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be speaking with potential investors, following a proven script, qualifying interest, and setting appointments. This is a long-term opportunity with room for growth. Responsibilities * Call and qualify prospective investors * Follow provided scripts and objection handling * Schedule appointments with interested investors * Update notes, tags, and pipeline stages inside GoHighLevel (GHL) * Organize investor data using Excel / Google Sheets * Assist with lead generation and CRM organization * Maintain accurate records and follow-up activity * Properly track interested and non-interested leads Requirements * Fluent English (spoken and written) * Strong phone communication skills * Confident and professional on calls * Experience using GoHighLevel (GHL) * Strong Excel / Google Sheets skills * Experience with lead generation and CRM management * Ability to follow scripts and systems exactly * Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented * Quiet work environment and stable internet connection Preferred Experience * Appointment setting * Cold calling * Real estate * Investor relations * Capital raising * Sales or lead qualification Compensation * Hourly pay + bonuses for qualified appointments * Long-term growth opportunity available To Apply Please send: 1.
