Appointment Setter / Lead Follow-Up VA (LATAM)

About Axiom: We are an independent life insurance brokerage managing high-volume recruitment and digital outreach workflows. We are looking for a reliable, process-driven Virtual Assistant to handle routine follow-ups with candidates who have not yet responded to our initial outreach. The Role: This is not a high-pressure sales or cold-calling role. You will be following a straightforward, structured process to re-engage warm leads, ask a set of 3 quick qualification questions, and schedule them. Think of it as executing a human-driven follow-up sequence. Hours: 2 to 3 hours per day, aligned with U.S. working hours. Location: Must be based in Latin America (Central or South America). Responsibilities: Reach out to non-responsive leads using our provided messaging templates and workflows. Ask a standardized 3-question sequence to qualify interest. Update our CRM/dashboard with status notes. Follow up after scheduled appointments to confirm attendance. Requirements: Fluent or native English proficiency (clear written and verbal communication). Comfortable following a strict script and routine daily process. Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace. Experience with basic CRM or messaging tools is a plus.
