Job Title: Appointment Setter / Lead Follow-Up Specialist for Moving Company Job Description: We are seeking a proactive and professional Appointment Setter to help our moving company convert incoming leads into booked estimates and moving jobs. Your primary responsibility will be contacting leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities: Contact new leads via phone, SMS, and email Follow up with prospects who have requested moving estimates Qualify leads by gathering moving details (move date, locations, home size, etc.) Schedule in-home, virtual, or phone estimates Update customer records and notes in the CRM Follow up on missed appointments and unresponsive leads Maintain a positive and professional customer experience Requirements: Previous experience in appointment setting, customer service, or sales Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with leads Excellent organizational and time-management skills Ability to handle multiple conversations and follow-up tasks Reliable internet connection and headset Preferred Qualifications: Experience in the moving, logistics, home services, or transportation industry Familiarity with CRM platforms such as GoHighLevel (GHL), SmartMoving, or similar systems Experience handling estimate requests and lead nurturing Compensation: Hourly rate or fixed monthly rate (based on experience) Performance bonuses may be available for qualified appointments and booked jobs To Apply, Please Include: A brief summary of your appointment-setting experience Industries you've worked in (moving, home services, real estate, etc.) Your experience with CRM systems Your availability and hourly rate A voice recording or sample call experience (if available) We are looking for someone who is friendly, organized, and persistent in following up with leads to help maximize booked estimates and moving reservations.
