Appointment Setter / Lead Generator

ECS is looking for a friendly, motivated, and confident Appointment Setter / Lead Generator to join our growing team! If you enjoy talking with people, building relationships, and opening doors for new business opportunities, we'd love to hear from you. What You Will Do As our Appointment Setter, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients. Your primary responsibility will be generating new leads and scheduling meetings for our owner with childcare centers, churches, and other organizations that could benefit from our staffing services. Your responsibilities will include: Making outbound calls to daycare centers, churches, preschools, and other potential clients. Introducing our staffing services in a professional and engaging manner. Building rapport with decision-makers. Scheduling qualified appointments for our owner. Following up with leads as needed. Maintaining accurate notes and lead information in our CRM or tracking system. Meeting daily and weekly call and appointment goals. Qualifications We are looking for someone who: Speaks clear, fluent English with excellent communication skills. Enjoys talking on the phone and is not afraid to make outbound calls throughout the day. Has a positive, upbeat, and professional attitude. Is self-motivated and goal-oriented. Has experience in appointment setting, telemarketing, inside sales, customer service, or lead generation (preferred). Has strong organizational and time-management skills. Can work independently in a remote environment. Bonus: Experience closing deals or overcoming objections is highly desirable. Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) Compensation $8.00–$10.00 per hour (based on experience) PLUS a $50 bonus for every client who signs a service contract as a result of your efforts!!!!
