Appointment Setter / Local Outreach VA — Rooted & Well About Rooted & Well Rooted & Well is a 6-week coaching intensive for women who are struggling with overeating, emotional eating, body dissatisfaction, and feeling disconnected from their bodies. I’m looking for a warm, personable, motivated Appointment Setter / Outreach VA to help me connect with women who may genuinely benefit from the program. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys connecting with people, building relationships, and creating genuine conversations-not someone who wants to send hundreds of spam messages. What You’ll Do Your main goal is simple: Start genuine conversations → identify interested women → book qualified discovery calls. Your responsibilities may include: Researching potential clients and referral partners Building a qualified lead list Reaching out to local therapists, gyms, churches, women's groups, wellness businesses, and other aligned organizations Sending personalized outreach emails Following up with interested contacts Sharing Rooted & Well information with people who express interest Using your own professional or personal network/social media, including Instagram, if you're comfortable doing so Having genuine, personalized conversations with potential clients Booking qualified women for a free discovery call through Calendly Tracking leads, conversations, follow-ups, and appointments in a simple spreadsheet Important: This Is NOT a Social Media Management Job You will NOT be responsible for: Managing my Instagram Creating posts or Reels Growing my social media account Posting on my behalf You may use your own Instagram or personal/professional network for outreach if you'd like, but this is completely different from managing my account. I care much more about quality conversations than the number of messages sent. Who I'm Looking For You'd be a great fit if you are: Warm and personable A strong communicator Comfortable initiating conversations Confident with email and online communication Organized and reliable Comfortable with sales and appointment setting Interested in women's wellness, emotional wellbeing, or personal growth Respectful and non-pushy in your approach Self-motivated and able to work independently Previous experience with appointment setting, lead generation, sales, cold outreach, or local business outreach is a big plus. Hours & Pay Starting commitment: 5–10 hours/week Starting pay: $18/hour There is also potential for performance bonuses for enrolled clients as we establish a successful working relationship. I'm looking to start with a small trial period and increase hours/responsibilities if it's a great fit.
