# Appointment Setter – Online Fitness Coaching | Warm Leads | GoHighLevel We are an Australian online fitness coaching business looking for an experienced **Appointment Setter** to join our team. We are already generating leads through paid Meta advertising. **You will not be responsible for finding leads.** Your role is to contact our incoming leads, start conversations, qualify them and book suitable prospects into our calendar for a consultation with our fitness coach. ## What You'll Be Doing * Contact new leads as quickly as possible * Call warm leads who have enquired through our advertising * Follow up by SMS when required * Follow up leads who don't initially respond * Communicate with prospects through Instagram/Facebook DMs where appropriate * Ask basic qualifying questions * Book qualified prospects directly into our calendar * Send/follow up appointment reminders * Keep lead information and pipeline stages updated in GoHighLevel * Follow our scripts and sales process * Provide simple reporting on contacts, bookings and outcomes **You do NOT need to close the sale.** Your primary goal is to get qualified prospects to attend a booked consultation. Our fitness coach will handle the consultation and sale. ## What We're Looking For You MUST have: * Excellent spoken and written English * A clear, professional and friendly phone manner * Previous appointment-setting experience * Confidence speaking with leads on the phone * Experience following up leads by SMS and DM * Good organisation and follow-up skills * Ability to work independently * Reliable internet and calling setup Experience with the following is highly desirable: * GoHighLevel * Online fitness or personal training * Coaching businesses * Meta/Facebook/Instagram leads * Instagram DM appointment setting * Australian customers ## Working Hours Our business is based in **Perth, Western Australia (AWST / UTC+8)**. You must be able to work during agreed Australian business hours so that new leads can be contacted promptly. ## Initial Trial We would like to start with a **paid 2-week trial**. If you're a good fit and can consistently generate qualified appointments, there is an opportunity for ongoing work and increased hours. We will measure performance based on: * Lead contact rate * Qualified appointments booked * Appointment show rate * Follow-up completion * Accuracy of CRM updates * Sales generated from booked appointments ## How to Apply Please answer the following questions: 1.
