We’re an early-stage startup looking for a sharp, reliable appointment setter to run outbound cold calls and fill our calendar with qualified meetings. You book the calls; we close them. This starts as a contract role with room to grow into something bigger for the right person. This is not a commission-only role. You get a real hourly base plus performance bonuses — because we want quality meetings with real buyers, not bookings that never show. What you’ll do 1. Make outbound cold calls/sms/emails/linkedinn to prospects from a target list provided to you. 2. Qualify leads against our criteria (budget, fit, decision-maker) 3.Book qualified meetings and hand them off to our closer 4.Confirm and follow up on appointments to keep no-shows low 5.Keep clean notes and track your activity and outcomes What we’re looking for 1.Outbound cold-calling experience (B2B a strong plus) 2.Clear, confident phone presence and excellent English 3.Self-motivated and consistent — you hit your dials without being chased Reliable with follow-up and CRM/note-taking 4.A good ear for qualifying — you book buyers, not just anyone who’ll talk Compensation Hourly base: $15-20/hr for your time Show bonus: $100 for every qualified meeting that actually takes place Close bonus: $250 each time one of your booked meetings becomes a sale Bonuses are uncapped — the more good meetings you set, the more you earn Strong performers can move into a larger, ongoing role The product Deals run $5K–$10K each To apply Tell us briefly about your lead generation/outbound experience and one role or campaign where you booked qualified meetings — bonus points for a show rate or numbers you’re proud of.
