Appointment Setter - Outbound Calls for US Accounting Firm (Nigh Shift, Long-Term)

I run a US accounting firm serving small businesses nationwide. I'm looking for an appointment setter to call warm-researched prospects and book discovery calls on my calendar. You are not selling anything and you are not quoting prices. Your only job is to reach the owner or finance contact, open a short conversation about how they're handling their books, and book a call with me if there's interest. I already have two setters running this process. Leads, scripts, phone app, and a call tracking workbook are all provided - you're stepping into a system that works, not building one. What you'll do: - Make outbound calls from a provided list (20 fresh leads daily) - Follow a provided script, adapting naturally rather than reading word-for-word - Handle common objections ("we already have a bookkeeper, not interested, send me an email") - Book qualified discovery calls directly onto my calendar - Log every call outcome and notes in the provided workbook Requirements: - Excellent spoken English with a neural, easy-to-understand accent - US business owners must be comfortable on the call - Prior outbound calling or appointment-setting experience, ideally B2B - Available during US Eastern business hours (9AM to 5PM), which is roughly (9PM to 5AM Philippine time) - Reliable high-speed internet, a quiet workspace, and a noise-cancelling headset - Consistent, dependable, and able to keep going through rejection - most calls will be a no Nice to have: experience calling US small businesses in trades, professional services, or healthcare; familiarity with bookkeeping or accounting terminology. Compensation: - Hourly base rate - $25 per booked call that actually shows up - 10% of first month revenue for any prospect who signs as a monthly client after your initial call Strong performers earn well above the hourly rate.
