Appointment Setter / Outreach VA

We're a growing North American marketing agency (award-winning, featured in Inc. Magazine) launching our Marketing-AI division, and we're hiring a proactive appointment setter to fill our founder's calendar with qualified sales calls. Your one goal: booked, qualified sales calls that actually show up. What you'll do daily: Build targeted prospect lists (Google Maps, Instagram, Facebook groups) of small business owners in our niche Run our outreach playbook: cold-call, personalized DMs, emails, and follow-ups using our proven templates (we provide scripts and training) Confirm booked calls via SMS and email, and chase no-shows to reschedule Manage everything inside GoHighLevel (CRM, calendars, sequences) experience is a plus, we'll train the right person Report daily numbers: outreach sent, replies, calls booked, calls held What you will NOT do: closing sales, cold calling scripts to consumers, or paid ads. You set the appointments; our founder closes. Hours & availability: Full-time (40 hrs/week) preferred; will consider 20 hrs/week to start. Must overlap at least 4 hours with Eastern Time (9am-5pm ET). Long-term potential role, we're building a team. Compensation: $5-8/hour depending on experience, PLUS performance bonuses: $15 per qualified call held, $75 bonus when a booked call becomes a client. Top setters here will out-earn their base. You're a fit if you: -Have 1+ year of appointment setting, outreach, or lead generation experience for an agency, coach, or B2B service -Write natural, warm English (spoken English clear enough for confirmation calls) -Are organized, self-managed, and report numbers without being chased Bonus points: GoHighLevel experience, French (bilingual), or experience reaching out to med spas / real estate / coaches To apply, answer these 3 questions (applications without them are ignored): 1-Describe a role where you booked appointments: what was your monthly booked-call number, and how did you generate them? 2-Write a 2-3 sentence first-touch DM to a med spa owner who could benefit from marketing services. 3-What CRM/outreach tools have you personally used?
