Appointment Setter / Phone Qualifier (Warm Leads Only)

About the Role I'm looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant who is comfortable on the phone and knows how to build rapport. You will NOT be cold calling. I send thousands of cold text messages each week. Your job is to call the people who reply with interest, ask a few qualifying questions, answer basic questions, and schedule qualified prospects on my calendar. These are warm leads who have already responded to our text message. Responsibilities Call interested leads within a few minutes of them replying Build rapport and keep the conversation natural Ask qualifying questions using a simple script Answer common questions Book qualified appointments directly on my calendar Update our CRM with call notes and appointment status Follow up with leads who miss their appointment Requirements Excellent spoken English Confident and friendly on the phone Previous appointment setting or inside sales experience Reliable internet and quiet work environment Able to work during U.S. business hours Organized and responsive Comfortable following scripts while sounding natural Bonus If You Have Experience With GoHighLevel (GHL) Calendly CRM systems SMS lead follow-up Sales or appointment setting What Success Looks Like Fast response time to new leads High appointment booking rate Accurate CRM updates Professional communication Consistent follow-up Hours Starting part-time (10-20 hours per week) with the opportunity to grow into a long-term position as lead volume increases.
