Appointment Setter (Remote) – Long-Term Opportunity We are a growing California-based company seeking a highly motivated Appointment Setter to join our team. Our company generates inbound homeowner leads throughout California. A lead is a homeowner who has already expressed interest in one of our products or services. Your role will be to contact these homeowners by phone and schedule appointments for them to meet with one of our trained and experienced sales consultants. Responsibilities: -Contact homeowner leads by phone using our online calling system -Build rapport and engage homeowners in professional conversations -Clearly communicate the value of meeting with our sales team -Schedule qualified appointments -Follow up with leads as needed -Maintain accurate records and notes -Communicate regularly with management and team members -Provide reports on activity and results Requirements: -Fluent English -Clear, professional, and easily understandable speaking voice -Strong communication and conversational skills -Ability to explain benefits and create interest in scheduling an appointment -Comfortable spending significant time on the phone -Highly dependable and responsive -Results-driven mindset -Strong work ethic and positive attitude -Ability to follow processes and training -Reliable computer -Quality headset with microphone -Fast and stable internet connection -What We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who understands that appointment setting is more than simply making calls. The ideal candidate can build trust with homeowners, identify opportunities, and help homeowners understand why meeting with our team can benefit them. You must be organized, consistent, and focused on producing results.
