ABOUT RETROVA Retrova helps restaurants grow profitable off-premise revenue by improving visibility, conversion, and retention across Uber Eats, DoorDash, Google/Yelp, and owned channels. We are operators, not a traditional marketing agency. ROLE SUMMARY Your job is to book qualified meetings with restaurant owners. You are not closing deals. You are not quoting pricing. You are setting the meeting for a strategist to handle the sales conversation. RESPONSIBILITIES Make outbound outreach to restaurant owners using phone, Instagram, WhatsApp, and email Keep calls short and direct (typically 5 to 7 minutes) Lead with a specific observation about their storefront or presence and connect it to impact Qualify quickly for decision-maker access, delivery volume, real pain, and willingness to change Schedule meetings and maintain clean notes and outcomes in the tracker WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE Consistent, high-quality outbound activity without spam behavior Qualified meetings booked with decision-makers Strong show rates through clear expectation-setting and confirmations REQUIREMENTS Comfortable with real outbound (phone and direct messaging) Clear written and spoken communication with a direct style Able to follow strict outreach rules to protect accounts and avoid bans Coachable and able to follow a defined playbook Available 10 to 20 hours per week and able to work PST and EST time zones LANGUAGE English-first Chinese and Spanish are a strong advantage but not required COMPENSATION - Commission-only. Start at appointment setter first: pay per appointment set. Move to SDR/AE: Closer can earn between $500-$3K per closed won. Specific commission terms will be shared during the interview based on your experience and expected volume START DATE ASAP
