Appointment Setter / SDR – GoHighLevel SaaS Agency

About the Role We are looking for a motivated Appointment Setter / SDR to join our growing GoHighLevel (GHL) SaaS agency. Your primary responsibility will be calling and following up with service-based business owners who have already expressed interest in our services, qualifying leads, and booking appointments for our sales team. Responsibilities * Call and follow up with interested leads. * Qualify prospects and schedule appointments. * Manage leads and update notes in GoHighLevel (GHL). * Help maximize appointment show-up rates through consistent follow-up. Schedule * 6–8 hours per day, Monday–Friday. * Flexible availability is required, as calling hours will rotate between East Coast and West Coast time zones. Requirements * 100% fluent English with excellent communication skills. * Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new software. * At least 1 year of sales, appointment setting, or cold calling experience. * CRM experience (GoHighLevel preferred). * Reliable, organized, and self-motivated. Compensation * $1,200–$1,750 USD per month, depending on experience and performance. * Additional commission for appointments that result in closed deals.
