Appointment Setter Sales Person

**Sales & Appointment Setter (Remote)** We are looking for a motivated and confident Sales & Appointment Setter to help grow our commercial photo, video business. This role is focused on: • Reaching out to inbound and outbound leads • Booking qualified sales meetings • Handling discovery and sales calls • Following up with potential clients • Helping close new business opportunities • Managing CRM and client communication pipelines You will be working with brands, eCommerce companies, agencies, and businesses looking for high-end content production services. **Responsibilities** • Contact and qualify leads via phone, email, Instagram, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp • Book meetings for the production and strategy team • Conduct sales and discovery calls • Follow up with warm leads and existing inquiries • Maintain organized client communication records • Help improve sales scripts and outreach strategies • Coordinate with internal creative and production teams **Requirements** • Strong verbal and written English communication skills — MUST HAVE • Sales or appointment setting experience preferred • Comfortable speaking on calls and handling objections • Organized, proactive, and reliable • Experience with CRM systems is a plus • Interest in marketing, content production, media, or advertising is a bonus **About Us** Canadian commercial production studio specializing in eCommerce content, advertising production, virtual production, LED wall technology, and scalable creative services for brands across North America.
