Summary

We’re looking for Appointment Setters to help us connect with customers who are already interested in what we offer. We are seeking those who are committed to providing superior service and eager to grow within a highly respected bird's nest farming/supply company serving the Taiwan market. We are a family owned, quality bird's nest farmer/supplier with the sole purpose of improve the health of our customers — every transaction, every time. And we've been doing just that since our founding in 2011. We are in town this week and next and looking for appointment setters to set meetings with qualified buyers. This is a great opportunity because our physical presence in town is an exclusive, time-sensitive window for local buyers to evaluate direct-from-farm supply lines, cut out third-party broker fees, and evaluate first hand samples of their product line. Appointment Scheduling: Schedule qualified discovery calls for the sales team Coordinate availability across calendars Confirm meetings and ensure prospects are prepared Skills: Confident communicator (phone, email, LinkedIn) Persistent and resilient — you don’t drop leads Organized and process-driven Comfortable speaking with importers and wholesalers Self-motivated and able to work independently Strong objection-handling ability This role is focused on: Starting conversations Qualifying interest Handling objections Following up consistently Turn conversations into booked, qualified sales calls If you’re comfortable speaking with professionals, persistent with follow-ups, and thrive in a structured outreach environment — this role is for you. Pay: Hourly wage + 475 NTD/appointment + bonuses up to 20,000 NTD/month (for closed business)
