Appointment Setter — Warm Inbound Leads — 1–2 hrs/day — Base + Commission

I own a retirement planning firm and I generate 5–10 warm inbound leads every single day from Facebook. These are real people who watched a video and raised their hand about an old 401(k) or 403(b) sitting at a previous employer. I need one person to call these leads, ask 2–3 qualifying questions, and book them onto a Zoom call with me. That's the whole job. No selling. No cold calling. No prospecting. Just conversations with people who already asked for help. I currently have 60 leads ready to be called right now. What your day looks like: • Pull up your lead list in our CRM (GoHighLevel — we'll train you fully) • Work through calls for 1–2 hours, Monday–Friday • Log every call outcome • Target: 15–20 booked Zoom appointments per week • Calls need to happen between 9am–6pm Central Time (Texas) — please make sure this works with your schedule before applying You're a great fit if: • You have a clear, confident, natural phone voice — this is the most important thing • You're comfortable with light pushback and know how to keep a conversation moving • You're self-managed — you don't need someone watching over you to make calls • You have a quiet place to call from and reliable internet • You're coachable and will follow a proven script You do NOT need: • Experience in retirement planning or finance • Prior GoHighLevel experience • Any special equipment Compensation: Base pay per hour + bonus per booked appointment that actually shows up on the call.
